This innovative duo weaves together flute, didgeridoo (didjeridu, yidaki), tablas, guitar and more. Fred Mitchim and Ron Crose, based in Austin, Texas, bring together years of musical experience, thus creating a meditative and introspective journey in everything they do. Austin didjeridoo player and percussionist Ron Crose creates contemporary didgeridoo music with traditional and non traditional instrumentation. Inspired by the mystery of the Dreamtime, he plays with the greatest respect for the Australian Aboriginals past and present. He has performed in music festivals, yoga events, joining stage and studio with many musicians, and loves to share his knowledge and love by holding workshops and classes throughout the world. Ambient musician and psychedelic rocker, Fred Mitchim has performed for the Church of Religious Science, the Unitarian Church, Earth day, Holistic clinics, psychics, Yoga classes, Art Galleries, Weddings, movie sound tracks, modern dance troupes, and continued to compose and release 9 more CDs. Upon the release of his first CD, the NASA Industrial Applications center ran the recording through a brain wave study and determined his music increases subliminal awareness. He has stayed with and developed this theme, where Lynn Andrews describes Mitchim as "Preeminent in his field."

    Item as described. Shipped very fast, although packing could have been a little better since box arrived broken (two discs arrive broken inside) since it was heavy (not seller's fault, but such a heavy box maybe need more tape on the sides and corners that would help prevent this). Great communication. Great value for the money! A+ I would buy again from this seller.
