    Item arrived as pictured and described even though the packaging was just average or a little below. The receiver could slide back and forth inside the single box. I wouldn't buy from again due to that, but I am satisfied. I think we got lucky on this one and am qualified to have that experienced opinion. I am happy, along with relieved, for the seller and wish them all the best, but better packing is deserved by your customers. Kind regards.

    Deck arrived quickly and was as described and shown in photos. It was shipped with proper packaging, but shipper dropped the box cracking a trace on the power supply circuitry. After repairing the trace everything is as expected. Seller was responsive. Thanks!

    I mistakenly did not read all the details of the description, but seller made sure to contact me prior to fulfilling order to make sure I was aware of the item I was purchasing. Error was on my end for not fully reading, but seller was honest and quick to issue me a refund! Sad it didn't work out this time, but I would definitely recommend this seller and hope to be able to do business in the future.
