Inside was a different model, likely a return by a dishonest customer. The customer service IMMEDIATELY responded and sent us the correct part. It arrived a day late for us, but the fact that they resolved the issue so quickly was such a pleasant surprise. I will absolutely buy from them again. The replacement was perfect.
