I have to pay for shipping when the package arrived to the postal service. I contacted the seller through Ebay and explained the situation. He immediately refunded the shipping amount I paid to my credit card. The seller is honest, professional and very ethical and the used part he shipped me is in outstanding condition. I would definitely recommend this Ebay Seller to all buyers and I will buy items again based on my needs. Thank you, Seller
