Packaging was good, item was basically as described although I had a quibble with that. The seller responded quickly to my problem and we worked out how to resolve this issue rapidly and to my utmost satisfaction. Value for money good. I have read some negative feedback on this seller and would say: ALWAYS get in touch with the E-bay seller first. Terrible communication very poor service. Certainly will not be using this seller again AVOID. Not next day delivery at all arrived 12 days after purchase. Advertised a energiser unit which my mum question with me before buying as the price was too good to be true. Said it was next day delivery and this was not the case at all! My mum messaged the seller to question this and their response was 'have you lost the plot'. How disgusting!!! Under no circumstances should a customer receive this sort of response. AVOID!!!
