The seller sent a phone that was clearly damaged during repairs and unusable, then had the absolute audacity to deny all responsibility Instead of handling the issue professionally, he used excuse of a supposed passing family member (grandma) as a manipulative shield to avoid issuing a simple refund. DO NOT BUY HERE. He is dishonest and appalling utterly unreliable.
