I tried contacting this company but they never answered back, I was informed by text the next day, there is a delay on the date of arrival of this product, which, new date of arrival was 19 July 2024, then by surprise, today the 17th July 2024, they refunded me my money, on this product with no text explaining why? Terrible customer service, literally non existent. Don't buy from them, you never get your product???? Annoyed, I would of given them a O star on feedback....

But more importantly they had sent the wrong colour pillowcase cover (cream rather than grey/silver) and the pillow itself has black spot in it in a few places?!. I emailed the seller straight away with these photos, and again since, and have been ignored! About to open a report with eBay for help. Wouldn’t waste your time and money as they clearly can’t sent out correct items or communicate!!!
