When I asked why I should pay for their mistake, they said it was “platform rules,” which I didn’t understand. I felt the seller was dishonest and tried to cheat me. After a long and frustrating day dealing with them, I contacted eBay support and explained the situation. Thankfully, eBay refunded the full amount to me
