Had to replace first order entirely as some cases were damaged in transit, some had obviously left with case damage. Packaging is not great for CD’s, consists of a thin brown envelope or bag, no padding. Only reason it is not a negative review is that their customer service was good in replacing items, still not overly pleased with quality of cases but at least they weren’t broken.

It was a couple of days later than promised but I think this was a PO problem rather than the seller. A good price and as described. When the seller was contacted as the book had not arrived they immediately replied - could not fault. Would use this seller again.

Comms are excellent and they respond quickly and make a real effort to resolve issues. Pricing is good and descriptions accurate and fair.
