Although originally I was not pleased with the communication I received waiting for the wheel the fact that someone cared enough to call me and make things right impressed me. And because of that call, I will continue to buy from KCINT and recommend them to others. As an aside the wheel was perfict and look great on my Heritage.

Before our interaction was finished I even got a phone call confirming I got my tire and they got the wrong one back.
