Seller was trying to figure out the problem. E-Bay refunded my money and 2 days later, Sim Supply shipped out my replacement order. I reached out to Sim Supply and offered to pay, but Nicolas refused payment. Nicolas stated that this was no charge because of the problem with the original shipment.
