On receiving the package there was a small chip to the edge of the fitting. I forwarded pictures of the damage and immediately received a response from the seller apologising and offering to send another fitting without the need to send the damaged one back. I received the replacement fitting within a few days and it was in perfect condition. A very responsive service. Thank you.
