    You saw that I shipped next day after payment. However, you elected the cheapest shipping option so yes it took a long time and yes it was shipped in a bag (with the cardboard in the hat to retain structure). Sorry, i cannot control the USPS. That is a bigger problem

Outer packaging was a bubble wrap Shipping envelope, and inside, was in plastic bag wrapped in Yeti wrapping paper. Cup appears brand new, no signs of use, with labels & customer info as advertised. These are very heavy duty quality products that keep drinks hot or cold for a long time and are worth every penny! Part of original purchase went to support FOH. Very happy with purchase!
