However, after some conversation back and forth, the issue has been resolved. In fact, the owner resolved it before our agreed wait time. I do believe that this business owner had a struggle to engage initially and then this cause ME my own struggles and made it more difficult to the owner, something I haven’t been able to apologise as yet. However, the owner did improve his engagement and help on what had become a difficult situation.
