They were very responsive and helpful, issued a quick refund, and when I purchased a replacement phone from them, got it shipped right out! I have NOTHING but positive things from this seller from the quality of their phones, the condition they advertise being spot on, a great price, and the best part being their customer service. Truly an asset to eBay to have supplytronics on here.
