    I had an excellent shopping experience with giant-giant. I had a question about the item (a box set of Grand Ole Opry videos) and the seller's response was prompt, considerate, and thorough. Giant-giant sets an excellent example for customer service. The item arrived earlier than expected and in the condition described. Plus, the box set was well-packaged to protect it during shipment. It would be my great pleasure to do business with giant-giant again.

    Book was in very good condition as described. The only thing I wasn’t impressed by that the book was not mailed in a bubble mailer. It was mailed in a regular plastic wrap mailer bag. The plastic mailer bag was busted open in shipping and my books corner was bent up. The price was fantastic. The shipping time was great. I would definitely buy from the seller again, but I would ask them in advance to ship in a bubble mailer.
