After talking with Powertec they asked my to send some pictures. After that they sent my a replacement wheel. I was satisfied.

It didn't dawn on me until the Amazon truck delivered my eBay item that I didn't go with the lowest cost option. On the plus side my order was delivered in 1 day versus the typical 3 to 5 days to receive an ebay USPS shipped item. The sanding belts were as advertised and I give this eBay seller 5 STARS!
