The item does not work as described, and the cost of returning it to India is very expensive. I believe it is unfair for me to pay international return shipping when the item is defective. I requested a prepaid return label, but the seller stated that I must pay for the return myself. I am asking eBay to review this case and help resolve it fairly. I would like either a prepaid return label or another suitable solution
