    Excellent service above and beyond. The CNC kit I ordered was out of stock. Kate contacted me the following morning giving me the option to wait for the one I ordered or she would upgrade me to another CNC kit that was substantial increase in price but at no extra charge to me. Which worked out fine and she had it shipped the very next day. It actually arrived 1 day sooner than I expected the original kit delivery. Kate responded within minutes. Huge thanks to Kate!
