Actually, the seller left the return info in the box from the previous buyer. Stands were returned back in September of 2024. Some of the packaging had been previously opened , but all parts were present. There was some scarring here and there, but not to bad. Not enough to send back. Having said, the stands are great and are in good working order. Contacted seller and another was expedited to me. Overall worked out but from time of order to delivery was over two weeks. Item was as described. Thanks for acting when notified the product had not arrived.
