Its a used product that works great, even came with the connections for it (didn't expect that, was a nice surprise!). Only small gripe would be it was in a box that was to big for it and looks like the shipping company had it at the bottom of a pile and half the box was squished (didn't harm the product just held my breath while opening it lol). When received, it was very difficult to turn by hand. He responded to multiple messages, and since getting it installed, I verified that the bearings were smooth compared to the old differential using a mechanic's stethoscope.
