Admittedly nothing you can do about that but there is just so much unwanted/ unneeded software on it . I keep getting a message " do not block earphones socket " it's never been blocked or used but I have to press volume up to gain access to the phone. Never again will I get this brand of phone

This companies communications are very good. The products they sell are at a good price. Their morals seem admirable. HOWEVER, Due to the ridiculous condition of postage, it must be me, and me alone that signs for it, I was unable to accept the delivery as I work 5 to 6 days a week 5am to 6pm. Not even my wife was able to sign. So If you work Mon to Friday your best buying elsewhere.
