After a little faffing it is working at the moment.

I contacted the seller who was very fast to respond and it was determined that a replacement was needed. The seller sent it quickly and this replacement solved the problem. I would recommend this seller as he was very responsive in our conversation and sent the item right away the next day ! Thank you for your help it was very much appreciated !

Unfortunately I was unable to get the unit to work with the particular bed we have. The seller was very responsive to my inquiries for assistance in getting the unit to work properly. After many attempts and responses with additional possible solutions, I finally had to give up and request a refund. The seller quickly responded and provided information on how to return the item and obtain a refund. I would recommend the seller for sure.
