It only comes with the foam shown in the picture. I asked the seller to change the false advertisement for others. I wanted a hard case with the tools. That's the whole reason I ordered them.they do seem to be good quality and fast shipping. Good value.

I contacted the seller he put in a tracking request and the device arrived 4 days later. Without the seller's help it would probably still be traveling in circles around the country..
