When opened, I found item very badly damaged like it had been run over with the UPS truck at some point during its journey. Within minutes of reporting item condition to seller, he was on phone to me to find out details. I sent him pictures packaging and item and he started claim with carrier and promptly refunded full purchase price, tax and shipping all within an hour. It was sent to me in a very timely manner and as described was a used part but appearance was very good. Unfortunately upon installation, it was defective. I messaged the seller about the problem and I had already found a replacement that solved my issue. Within 30 minutes of sending my message, he called and apologized for the relay being bad and fully refunded price of the part plus shipping.
