They were very quick to respond, and very helpful, even asking for pictures of the part I needed to replace (a carburetor for a Nissan pickup). They were ultimately out of stock of the part that I needed, but honored their full refund policy. The original shipping was extremely fast and efficient, and the carb arrived much faster than I expected. I would order from them again.

I sent the bad item back. I really appreciate actions like this, one mistake can happen to anybody but seller response was fast and professional. Quality and fitting was excellent.
