Was supposed to receive (at the latest) by 10-21 but they had not even printed the shipping label so I messaged them. No response but they printed the label. Received damaged item 10-25. They offered 15% refund for damage. On Nov 3rd they said they would send the refund. It’s now Nov 11th and I still have not received the refund.

Then put tracking but again never sent to post office. Had to get eBay involved to get a refund. Seller still has same dress (8 of them) for sale! Crazy this is allowed to carry on. Buyers just be aware.
