After a quick assembly and seat height adjustment the bike performed beautifully on a practice CX course. Seller communication throughout the transaction was quick and all questions were answered. I couldn't be happier with this ebay bicycle purchase, which can sometimes not go as well. I highly recommend this seller.

At my behest, the seller sent me a photo of part of the bike which had been mentioned in the description but which was not among the posted photos. They also added text to the picture to make sure the area of interest was clearly indicated. All in all, I would unhesitatingly purchase another bike from this seller. When the bike arrived, I learned it needed a repair. I was in contact with Scott A. at BBB multiple times, and he resolved the problem and paid for the repair along with a bit of break to me for the inconvenience. In my experience, I have not encountered a better example of post-sale customer service than this instance. I would not hesitate to do business with BBB again or recommend them to anyone. Nice job!
