The cost of the item and the shipping price were very reasonable for this collectable. Packaging was professionally done to prevent damage during handling and shipping, thus it arrived undamaged. The particular bunny I was initially sent (seller had 5 of these originally, but they had 2 left when I purchased) was defective upon replacing the battery, even though it was brand new. I contacted the seller and we agreed that they would send me the last NIB Snuggimals bunny that they had! At no additional cost to me. Which was awesome! I had a fantastic experience with this seller and I would definitely recommend them! They made it right.
