The lower unit was very well protected in the shipping container and in excellent condition. Cleaned and painted professionally by the supplier.

After contacting the company, they notified me that they accidentally shipped an incorrect unit. They worked with me to get the correct lower unit for my boat, shipped it out quickly and covered the return shipping. That kind of integrity and customer service is rare nowadays. The lower unit was as described online, fit well and worked flawlessly!
