    Seller advertises items as new with tags , however there clearly returns from somewhere , bag came open , with a different tag stuck over , absolutely no manufacturer tags on the clothing at all , was in a ball in the bag once it arrived , Ugg does not sell new items like that at all , seller did respond and offer a return but I ended up just tossing it so I could leave honest feedback , as I own a business and feel like people who falsely advertise should be held accountable, buyer beware

    As stated in description it was new with tags or original packaging. This item was sent in original packaging straight from UGG. Buyer did not read full description as everything was stated in the description. He then demanded the item for free and I kindly request he return the item if he was not satisfied. He then demanded the item for free once again. Returning the item would have still allowed him to leave an honest review but that’s not what he wanted. SELLERS BEWARE AS HE WANTS FREE ITEMS
