Wenn wir kein kompatibles Teil haben sollte dann die eBay Rückgabe mit einem entsprechenden Grund geöffnet werden („Der Artikel entspricht nicht der Beschreibung oder den Fotos“). 3. Wir bieten ein 30 tägiges Rückgaberecht an, so dass Sie die Teile innerhalb von 30 Tagen, von Tag des Einkaufes, mit oder ohne Grund zurücksenden können. Nach der Ankunft bei uns überprüfen wir das Teil ob es unsere Garantieplomben hat. Wenn diese entfernt werden, sind wir nicht in der Lage die Rückerstattung fortzusetzen, weil wir nicht sagen können, ob das zu uns gesendete Teil, das von uns versendete ist. Die Kunden sind für alle Versandkosten verantwortlich, wenn der Artikel im Rückgabeproces zurückgesendet wird.

All our parts are marked with security labels and item will be checked on return. Removing any of them can lead to invalidation of your warranty. Money will only be refunded for the item and postage (if you send it back on your own, not using our label). We are not responsible for any labour costs/time so no money will be refunded for that.
 
2. If you received wrong item, not as shown in the pictures and/or described in the description, correct item will be dispatched as soon as possible. If there is a mistake in the listing and the item is not compatible with your car, we will check if we have compatible item and if yes then we will send it to you as soon as possible. If we do not have compatible item then eBay return request should be opened with adequate reason (“Doesn't match description or photos”) so we can send you a return postage label there to cover the return postage costs by us (it concerns only customers from UK, international customers have to contact us to agree on how to return the item). The item will be inspected on return for our security labels, if these have been removed then we will not be able to process the refund as we are not able to establish if the returned item is the same one that was originally sent out.

    As I was buying from reputable seller I was Co vinced I was getting good product. I had other projects on my mind so managed to try this parts after a month so I am out if 30 day warranty. Ecah part is covered in void warranty labels so for example they put labels on injector plugs which means if you will ug it in it will damage label so warranty is void a bit useless, further more fuel pump has a warranty void sticker on fuel regulator so you can't check anything. It was full of metal bits in.
