    Nice item but damaged by poor shipping method. Efficient seller good communication The packaging for item was poor just a cardboard envelope not protecting the corners. Description did not mention any notes from previous owner on the front page. Item condition has been affected by delivery packaging from seller.

    I bought a collection of Folio Society books. The books and the slip cover looked pristine in the photos, but they arrived damaged. Unfortunately, the books had been packed in a box that just fit the books with no bubble wrap or cushioning to protect the corners. I contacted the seller and they were both apologetic and understanding. I would have preferred the books had arrived in the condition I had expected, but the 50% refund I received made me feel a little better about it!
