I was not as happy with the actual Sprenger collar. I’ve had several over 35 years of dog training. Sprenger has always been the gold standard in training collars. I believe their quality is lacking over the years. Normally the prongs are rounded smoothly. This one was not rounded so much as the blunt edges had been ground off. Very different from my past years with Sprenger. NOT the seller’s fault. They were great.
