    Hello, the seller was descriptive of this item arriving no problem, up to a point, after opening the package finding out the spring terminals were busted off on one speaker, not being able to test it, and the other one was dead, unplayable, contacting the seller of the matter, and told me not to return it, that they would just refund me, then waiting and waiting, for the refund, it seems like communication fell off a cliff, still don't know why, but I finally got my refund, Thank you.     The sellers listing was filled with lies. The listing said this was a new in box item with all hardware and electrical wiring included. I received a poorly repacked item with all the electrical parts missing. I attempted to contact seller but they never responded. This is terrible practice for a seller on any platform. I do not recommend anyone purchasing anything from this seller.

    The monitor is in very good condition, fully functional like described. It was packaged nicely and arrived quickly. It wasn't difficult to assemble the stand and monitor together, all the parts were there. Great communication with seller. Great price. A++ Seller, would recommend.
