I was a little put off by the age of the computer but it has fulfilled all that the company claimed. After the ancient model it replaced the Dell is fast, quiet and enjoyable to use. I would highly recommend this company for value and customer assistance. Thanks Joe!

Queried by message and after delay advised parcel would be sent. Parcel then arrived Fri 14/11. So a week later than expected. However, aside from the delay, the parcel arrived well packaged, inside a plastic crate, with lots of bubble wrap. The monitor is of excellent quality with no scratches or marks that I can see. I am very happy with the monitor it is a great improvement over my old one

After a week ran into an issue with the replacement laptop, which had to be sent back again at no cost to me, but had to wait a further week for it to be fixed and returned to me.
