The ornament had been broken in multiple places during shipment. I took some photos of the damage and sent them to the seller along with a message. I could tell that aside from the damage the item had been in very good condition as listed. The seller got back to me quite quickly and we exchanged multiple messages. Sure enough, my item was taken to the post office for shipping the next business day Mon 2/24.
