Carrier was Royal Mail, delivery time was 1 to 3 days and was tracked. Item was scanned into the first Mail Centre on 9th, then again on the 9th and finally moved on the 12th from the North West and finally delivered on 13th. The supplier is not responsible for the efficiency of the carrier, but has the choice of which one to use.
