The Topside Medic communicated regularly and refurbished my J-470 topside controller to where it works like new - it was less than 2 weeks from the time I removed it and I had it back and re- installed. He also sent the tool to open the lower control box if I ever need to have him do a repair in that controller. Outstanding purchase to keep my 13 year old Jacuzzi running smooth.

My local Jacuzzi dealer wanted $2400 to install a new Jacuzzi CPU and topsider, or they offered to replace it with non-Jacuzzi parts for $1600 and no warranty. The Topside Medic repaired topsider and it came to me with everything needed to install it. If the rest of your Jacuzzi works, I strongly suggest having the topsider rebuilt by the Topside Medic.
