I'd rate it right up there next to Dell, at least the model I got! Seller was punctual, seems honest and the unit arived clean ( fans just a little dirty ) working although I'm not going to leave Win 11 Home on there, I'll swap it out real soon. I have zero complaints about the seller. Fed Ex however, again they delivered my computer to wrong addr. Stranger brought it tome

In the mean time the seller called me and we worked out a trade that did not involve a refund but instead an even trade. Everything worked out to everyones satisfaction. I am very happy with my new computer and will recommend Discount Computer Depot to anyone looking for a refurbished computer. Their communication and attention to detail are great and I thank them for their service.

The shipment was carefully and professionally packed. Delivery wad very quick. the wife dongle was a bit bent and they sent me a new one. good value for not much money. The desktop looks great and almost like new. i would buy from them again and i strongly recommend this seller

The item arrived in a timely fashion as well. The item arrived in the condition the seller described, though it had a small issue with the wi-fi adapter that was easily remedied. I will be looking for other offers from the seller as I need more PCs for more projects and I recommend that you shop with them as well. The particular Optiplex that I ordered was the best value I could find as well.
