Reached out to customer service and they were nice and checked, so no complaints about them, however it still has not shipped. Glad I didnt purchase my motor through them as I would not trust the warranty process at all after dealing with them. I thought being local to me it would help but they weren't very helpful over the phone email or in messages. Not sure the best to communicate with them but I think they're just horrible at it.
