Even though I provided the seller with photos the seller requested that I send the cushions back and then once received they would send me replacement I’m assuming if they couldn’t fix the cushions themselves. However, buyer declined this as they preferred replacement cushions first. As per our standard policy, items must be returned prior to replacement or refund. We advised the buyer to open an official eBay return so we can process the refund accordingly once the items are received.
