The items with following reasons are covered by our Refund/Return Policy:
You receive a wrong item(not the item you ordered or wrong color for example).
The item does not match the listing description.
You receive a damaged or defective item.
You never receive the item because the package is lost in transfer.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your receipt of the order, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
 
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. such as customized costumes. clearance items and gift cards.
 
There are certain situations where are not covered by our Refund/Return Policy:
 
Customized Products.
Used, stained, trimmed wigs, altered items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Products were destroyed or returned due to failure to sign for receipt in time.
Outside of 14 days of receipt.
