While I wish there was no issue that needed dealing with at all, I believe the seller did address it and over all handled it well. Fast shipping. Excellent communication. Seller did have the item box in another outer box, which was well packed, but did not protect the item in the inner box. Advice: pack the item well within its original box before shipping.
