The repair was done and returned as advertised. I still had problems with my hot tub. Mr. Brooks exchanged several emails trying to help me troubleshoot my problem. He offered to retest my board and other parts if need be. The tub works now. I appreciate this customer service and I appreciate companies like this that repair things, not just toss them immediately. It would have been better if they communicated about their delay, I had to call a few times to ask. I would like to say Thank You for your help, the item works great. I was concerned that it took longer than expected, but you did come through, fixed the problem and it works. I will come back again if the need arises.
