    The item was shipped in a timely manner and carefully packed. Although the wrong item was sent, it clearly was an honest mistake. The seller did an excellent job of troubleshooting and maintained EXCELLENT communication throughout. The item was returned and refund issued accordingly. I was VERY impressed with this seller and have absolutely NO problem doing business with her in the future. My favorite sellers are those who handle problems promptly, and with a focus on customer satisfaction.

    This transaction actually needed to be cancelled due to a mistake by Ebay (not the seller) but the seller was very helpful in resolving the issue & was easy to communicate with.
