Now my Ultima 65 laminator does exactly what it is supposed to do. Before I installed this part, my machine was sometimes go into reverse even though the Run button was pressed. This caused the film to roll back onto itself and create a tremendous mess. That no longer happens. I have a reliable machine back again. This repair is simple and easy to do. Just follow the instructions. I could not be happier

I mailed it for repair and they got back to me right away. They were unable to fix it because it was beyond repair inside and they refunded my money. They recommended another remote from another seller that might work. I just appreciate sellers that make thinks right and go the extra mile.

Two ordered items arrived by USPS as stated by seller in a timely manner. Items were well packaged in an additional envelope and an instruction sheet was also enclosed. Have finely been able to replace first pad and instructions were found to be excellent. This pad is now working correctly. To this point I am well satisfied with both product and seller.
