Please be aware eBay delivery date is ESTIMATED not guaranteed. Most of our orders are send by 24h courier service. For standard post of 1st Class you should allow between 1-3 days despite the estimated date and for 48 hours courier service allow at least 3 working days.
We keep date stamped Post Proofs of all dispatched via Royal Mail orders to assure the date they were posted.
Our listings have various postage, and every listing has a free delivery as an automatic option for Mainland UK locations. Delivery services vary from 1st and 2nd Class Royal Mail, 48h and 24h courier to Next Day by 10:30 or 12:00 at an additional cost for your convenience.
We send most items by DHL, DPD, Hermes and Royal Mail, unless otherwise stated on the listing. We may use alternative services at our discretion to satisfy the delivery time, or for larger orders. We cannot be held liable for delays by the postal service, and/or other courier we choose for delivery.
The purchased items will be shipped to your ebay address. Before making payment, please ensure that your address in ebay matches with the address you would like us to ship to. If you wish to change the delivery address, please make the selection before completing the order. Any address changes after placing the order, accordingly to ebay rules are not allowed. Any non-received or undelivered items caused by invalid address registered on ebay will not be covered in our full refund or replacement policy.
Please be informed that if you place an order and then are not available for delivery and/or and fail to collect the parcel from your local Post Office or Parcel Shop, where as a result the parcel is returned to us, we may refund your money less the delivery cost incurred.
In the first instance you should contact us if you feel the delivery has taken longer than expected. Please refrain from opening a case on ebay without contacting us first.

Any claim for short deliveries or damaged goods must be advised within 3 days of the receipt of goods due to our courier's T&Cs limiting their responsibility for short delivery or damage for up to 3 days only. After this time we will not be able to take nor make any claims.
If any goods supplied by the seller are shown to be defective to the satisfaction of the seller through faulty material and/or manufacturer workmanship, then the seller shall send replacement goods free of charge, or at the option of the buyer, refund the purchase price provided that the faulty item is returned within 30 days from date of dispatch. The seller under no circumstances will be liable to the buyer for any loss, damages, or remedial expenses whether or consequently arising from the goods supplied by the seller for any purpose.

We offer 30 days to return any unused item for a full refund, provided they are undamaged, and in original packaging with all attachments intact (manuals, labels, accessories, etc).
All branded goods are being sent in protective boxes or plastic postage bags, depending on the specificity of the item. Please note, if a returned item is lacking the original box, or if you fail to insert it into a plastic postage bag of box and as a result the original branded packaging is damaged, or has got any postage labels or seller tape, we will regretfully have no choice but to refund you less the discount that will have to be applied on the product to re-sell it as "other new".
