    I ordered the gray, immediately received an email from Exotic Western, upon checking the boots they saw a flaw. Emailed me saying so, and didn't have more gray. I replied asking for black. Exotic Western agreed that, the black were mailed within a hour. That is customer service and care. I received another quaility pair of Los Altos boots. Buy from ExoticWestern, quaility products, great price, beautiful boots, seamless shipping and tracking. Received in great shape.

    The photos don’t do these boots justice, wow they are absolutely gorgeous. They arrived very quickly, and professionally packed.
