  The original keyboard had bad keys but, as soon as I contacted the seller, I was offered a replacement and, once I said yes, it was shipped and got delivered way faster than I expected. I was expecting a "fight" (not because of this seller but the ways some Ebay sellers act with defective products) but no issue, quick professional service. The keyboard was visibly new, It's a bit pricey but, that's the normal cost of the model with illumination

  Item arrived quickly and was packed well. I discovered some of the keys didn't work, but the seller was patient in helping me with troubleshooting. Eventually they issued me a refund. I really appreciate the extra time and effort that they took to help me out. Because of their helpfulness and speed of their communication, I'd recommend this seller to others seeking affordable replacement laptop parts.
